The Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office is proud to introduce the new Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) Registration and Reporting Portal, Host Compliance. This innovative platform is designed to streamline your TOT registration and reporting processes, making it easier and more efficient for you to comply with local regulations.

Starting on June 11th, 2024, operators of short-term rentals in the unincorporated area of San Diego County will be able to register their short-term rental and receive a registration number and begin reporting as of July 1st, 2024, for Quarter 4 of the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year.
